Ultimate Gear Review

Alright so in my last post I mentioned that I finally launched the django-based site I have been working on for the last couple of months; and now here it is:

http://www.ultimategearreview.com

The design of the site was done by Logoworks before I came onto the project and I have no affiliation with them whatsoever. But I did design and develop the entire back end of the system using Django, a web framework built on the Python programming language.

A more thorough detail of this project will eventually appear in the portfolio section of this website. What I will say, though, in terms of the site itself is that, no matter what anyone's opinion is of what's going on in the world, it's extremely important that those who are put into or choose to go into extreme environments (war, natural disasters, or even just being extra adventurous) have the best gear to get the job done safely. That, as I see it, is the purpose of the site.
